Roller garage doors come in many colours combinations
There are the standard colours, there are woodgrain options and, with our manufacturer’s help, we also have the ability to match any RAL number.
This roller garage door from SeceuroGlide Garage Doors is duck egg blue, which believe it or not, is a standard colour
The door has been fitted behind the opening. This meant we could remove the old timber frame that sat in the opening, which gave the owners 6″ or 15 cm extra space to drive through. This can make a huge difference with the size of modern cars. Our customer can now put his car away in the garage without having to fold in his wing mirrors.
The side walls have been trimmed in white uPVC flat board so if, by accident, the wing mirror does touch the wall it is only plastic on plastic which can be polished out!
Find out more about SeceuroGlide Garage Doors
SeceuroGlide Garage Doors began in a garage in the north-west of England back in 1985 when its managing director saw a gap in UK home security following a trip to other European countries. He realised that European homeowners were using compact aluminium roller shutters as an effective and discreet method of home security and was keen to introduce the concept to the UK.
The SeceuroGlide Original was launched in 1997 and was the first roller garage door to be created for the domestic market. Its space-saving design and contemporary looks combined perfectly with clever, roller shutter technology and proved an instant hit with homeowners looking to secure their garage with a quality, robust door.
In 2010, SeceuroGlide used its knowledge and expertise to develop a range of sectional garage doors. SeceuroGlide continues to lead the way in advanced design and innovative technology. Check out their website. You can also add a photo of your house and see what a new roller door would look like.
