South East Garage Doors replaces 15 garage doors to update the exterior of a block of flats in Isenhurst Court, Heathfield, East Sussex

The challenge:
The residents of a block of flats in Heathfield wanted to update all its garage doors as the existing ones had been in place since 1978. The management committee was very keen to achieve economies of scale, and was aware it also needed to keep all its residents informed at every stage of the process.

The solution: 
South East Garage Doors was able to secure an agreeable price using its direct relationship with a range of garage door manufacturers, as we did not need to include the cost of a middleman. The management committee chose matching Hörmann up and over canopy doors with factory fitted steel frames.

South East Garage Doors carefully removed the existing doors and took them away for disposal, before installing five doors and frames a day over three days. We also supplied new garage door numbers and four-point locking systems for residents that requested them.
