Matching doors – London style

We do get about a bit at South East Garage Doors!

We recently travelled from the sunshine coast to Esher in the London suburbs to put the finishing touch to a £8 million refurbishment project.

The manufacturer Woodrite made a bespoke timber door to replicate the existing front door of the house. They also matched the colour with a Farrow & Ball paint colour code.

The garage door is based on a Churchill design in cedar. The manufacturer added extra beading to match the front door. The timber frame was also handmade and cedar clad.

This large door is retractable using remote-controlled LiftMaster automation capable of lifting and closing 1,000 newtons of door!

We think the result is stunning.
