We are very used to converting spaces like open bays into garages but this time we were asked to convert a garage in Hastings into a side entrance.
The existing garage door was rotten and could not be used, so we met the homeowners’ requirements by carrying out all the necessary building work before installing a double-glazed door and window.
This meant the owners could easily gain access to the useful garage space, which was now insulated against the elements and more secure.
The entire property also benefited from the face-lift achieved by removing the old door and replacing it with modern and matching windows and door that matched the leaded-pane style of the existing windows.
